At the helm is Elizabeth Goede, whose core passion is helping brands find blindspots within their communication ecosystem through extensive brand audits, and using the new-found knowledge to help them transform into the absolute best versions of themselves.

Elizabeth's breadth of experience spans over 25 years in various advertising roles, where she stewarded brands across a multiplicity of industries, from Beverages to Pharmaceutical, Medical to Furniture, and almost everything in between.

Captain Hunter Ratliff

Chief Creative Officer

Hunter is a life-long creative who has worked in a variety of industries. He has run successful international sailing campaigns, created and managed multi-disciplined programs, built and evolved branding, and managed private practice operations.

His ability to build and maintain relationships, paired with profitable forward-thinking directives and proficiencies complement the values and strategic vision of the agency. Given his creative and communications background, he is able to identify and solve inefficiencies both internally and externally.
